Add it to your cart, then check out. You'll need an account, so we can keep your purchases in one place.

You can pay with a credit or debit card, or with PayPal. If you save a card, you can remove it at any time from Payment methods in the menu at the top right. Your card details go straight to our payment processor and never reach our servers.

If you have a gift card balance, it's used first.

Open My purchases from the menu at the top right. Every file you bought is there to download again at any time.

Each purchase is for one teacher. To share with colleagues, buy additional licenses: choose the number of licenses on the resource's page before adding it to your cart.

Resources are delivered straight away, so sales are usually final. You can ask for a refund within 30 days of buying if:

• the file is broken or incomplete, for example it won't open or is missing pages the listing promised;
• the resource isn't as described;
• it needs software or an account with another service that the listing didn't mention;
• you bought it twice, for example on its own and again in a bundle; or
• you haven't downloaded or opened it.

Open Orders from the menu at the top right, choose Request a refund on the order, pick the reason and tell us what went wrong. We'll email you once we've looked at it.

An approved refund goes back to your card, any gift card balance you used goes back to your balance, and the sales tax is refunded too. You can no longer download the refunded resources. The full rules are in section 6 of our Terms of service.

Prices are in US dollars, without tax. Where the law requires us to collect sales tax, it's added at checkout and shown before you pay.

Buy one on our Gift cards page, for any amount from $5 to $500. We email the code to the person you're giving it to as soon as it's paid for. Gift cards never expire and have no fees.

To use one, enter the code in your cart or in Gift cards & credit in the menu at the top right. It goes into your balance, which is used first when you check out. Treat a code like cash: we can't replace one that's lost or used by someone else.

Open Email preferences from the menu at the top right.

Select Follow on the store's page. You'll hear about its new resources and notes, depending on your email preferences.

Choose Sell your resources at the bottom of any page, or go straight to Start selling, and create your seller account. Then:

1. Choose your membership. Each plan shows what you earn per sale.
2. Choose how you'll get paid. Enter your PayPal email.
3. Name your store. Add a tagline and an about section too if you like.
4. Set up your seller profile: your name, country, address and phone number. You need to be at least 18.

Then you're in your seller dashboard, ready to add your first resource. You can change all of this later.

No. We're the marketplace, so wherever sales tax applies, we work it out, collect it from the buyer and pay it ourselves. Sales tax is never part of your earnings, and you're never charged a fee on it. Income tax on your earnings is still yours to handle.
