In the first eight problems, students will shade in the given fractional amounts on two circles already partitioned with the number of shares indicated in the fraction denominators, then choose the correct symbol (greater than, less than or equal to) to indicate which amount is greater. There is one two-step word problem on the front of the sheet, then three problems on the back where the students will compare two fractions to a benchmark fraction, then use this information to compare the two amounts. A full answer key is provided.
