To make the paper hat:

1. Cut out the templates

2. Adjust the length of the strips of paper to fit around the students head.

3. For the ears, apply glue to the tabs and glue them to the back of a strip of paper.

4. For the wolf tail, flip the template around and apply the glue to the back, then fold along the tab line and glue to the back of a strip of paper, so the tail hangs over the top of the headband.

5. glue or staple the strip ends together.
