UPDATE : Frenchified updated the game within an hour of me leaving my review. Thank you so much!! I hadn't realized she had made updates so when I went to play the game with my morning Grade 10 class, it went SO MUCH SMOOTHER. They really enjoyed the game after the updates! So I've used a bunch of Frenchified escape rooms with my classes. The Chambord and Recette Perdu are EXCELLENT. There were many problems with this specific one and this is the feedback my Grade 10s provided : 1) the answers are posted on a thumbnail on the website the game is hosted on. My students easily located it and entered in the answers. 2) for all 5 clues there should be a number so students know where to click (or at least tell us how many times you have to click) AND which answer it is on the Google Forms. The answer key provided also gave the wrong order so it caused extra confusion and stress on my end! This class had played the Chambord one last year which was easy to follow and they LOVED it last year. This one was really confusing and it didn't have to be. I get that those things make it more difficult, but if my bright grade 10s had a rough time, I can see it being really discouraging for many grades/classes. My own feedback is that in the description, it is not made clear how much of the game is in French and English. When you buy these games, only then do you find out they are mostly in English. I wish this was made clear and that options are provided for teachers. I continue to purchase these games because I LOVE them, but they are not all the same quality and I wish they were! I would be happy to update my review to reflect any changes that were to occur.

I'm sorry to hear about your problems with the game. I've made some updates to make it easier for the teacher and students - the thumbnail has been removed so they won't be able to see the answers in the future, and I've re-ordered and labeled the clues on the form.
