This bundle of four beginning French escape games is at the novice low level and covers the skills and topics covered in most semester 1 French courses. Each game has a plot and a story with tasks to complete in order to reach the final goal. The games are based on the unit stories from the Frenchified French units 1-4, but they can be used with any curriculum.

Game 1: La Tomate

  • The French alphabet

Game 2: Le Concert de Beyoncé

Each game includes a variety of tasks to complete that will use the skills of listening, reading, vocabulary and grammar. The games are built in genial.ly, so your students will not need to make an account - just share the link with them and they can play! The games are entirely self-grading and students will not be able to move forward through the tasks until they complete them correctly.

At the end of each game, students will see a completion screen that you will want them to screenshot as proof that they have finished.
