Description

Practice French question words with this no-prep digital game: les mots interrogatifs. Students answer questions about question formation, choose the appropriate question word, and select the answer that matches a question word.

Correct answers trigger an animation; if no animation appears, students know to try again. Includes Google Drive and PowerPoint versions for individual assignments or whole-class practice on a smartboard.

Practice les mots interrogatifs

The game includes three types of practice:

  • Questions about different types of question formation
  • Choosing the appropriate question word
  • Choosing an answer that corresponds to a question word

Use the activity to review French question words and revisit question formation in French.

Animation-based feedback

A correct answer triggers an animation. If students do not see the animation, they know to try again.

This gives students a visible indication of whether their choice was correct during play.
