This reading activity was a great way to practise l’imparfait et le passé composé in a meaningful and engaging context. Using Sidney Crosby as the topic was especially effective for connecting French grammar practice to something students found interesting and relatable. The reading provided natural opportunities for students to identify and distinguish between the two past tenses while building comprehension skills. A well-designed resource that made grammar practice much more engaging for my students!

Good ressource that practices pc vs. imparfait as well as reading comprehension. There were a couple grammar mistakes in the package, however overall it is still a good ressource.

Great resource; formatting seemed to be off when attempted to print. May be an error on my end.

It is most likely an issue with the Adobe software - are you using the most recent version? That is a frequent cause of printing issue.

Great resource!

I absolutely love the content (I am a hockey fan, myself, and was thrilled when I saw this, even though I don't root for the Penguins), but there are mistakes! "équipe" is spelled incorrectly in numerous places and is also given both masculine and feminine articles. "Capitaine" is also spelled incorrectly. There are numerous other typos -- missing accents, added letters, misplaced accents. I am a little discouraged as this is a PDF file and cannot be edited.

I'm so sorry to hear that! It looks like one of the rough draft files was mistakenly uploaded instead of the final version. I've uploaded a new pdf this morning and it should have the correct spellings and revisions on it when you download it. But please do let me know if it is not the revised version so that I can check on the issue if necessary. Merci!
