(14 ratings)$5.00
Add to cartThis internet activity unit has everything you need for your students to plan a virtual trip to Paris! Air travel, hotels, shopping, meals, transportation, museums, spectacles, and budge worksheets - you can use them on a stand-alone basis to address different themes, or together as one big unit. Includes a list of websites that will be useful to complete the project. Planning travel is a useful skill for all students but it's also a fun activity to do.
As your students work their way through the activities, they will be learning about different aspects of planning a trip. They will also learn about the city of Paris and its history and monuments. Each activity addresses a different aspect of trip-planning. Once they've done all of the activities, you can have students turn in the completed activities or put them together in a presentation about their trip. A fun way to learn a useful skill!
While the printable worksheets in this unit are in English, you can use it for more advanced French learners by requiring them to use the French language version of the websites they visit.

“This was a very well developed guide for planning a trip to Paris. Everything you could want is included. I will purchase more from this seller as her products are excellent! There is a typo on the Quoi Faire page for hours.”
“This project is extremely well done and offers a multitude of resources for students. Next time I will provide more background knowledge and take it one step at a time with my middle school students. High quality product!”

For Claude Monet French Reading Comprehension Activities Impressionism
My students were familiar with Claude Monet's work but didn't know much about his life, so this was useful info not in our textbook. I appreciated having the differentiated versions.

Great way to use history to review reflexive verbs while not just focusing on daily routine - which let's be honest, is boring. Who talks about their daily routine on a regular basis? No one.

For Les Animaux Reading Comprehension: 10 A2 French Animal Passages
I left this as a packet for level 2 students in addition to other work when I was out for a few days due to surgery. I offered a few bonus points if they selected 2-3 readings to keep them busy when everything else was turned in. They loved learning about animals and many students who didn't have time while I was out chose to complete the entire packet on their own time for fun once I was back.

Thank you for letting me know about the missing link - I've updated the image and it should be working now. You may have to F5/refresh to get the link to show properly (it covers the body of the statue).
