For Fixing Sentence Fragments Interactive Printable Grammar Card Game or Activity
The resource comes with clear instructions. So far, I've used this with on-level 6th graders and advanced 7th and 8th graders after we have reviewed complete sentences, fragments, and clauses. It was nice to have a genuinely fun and competitive game for them to play that also helped them review concepts. The surprise action cards, such as a rock-paper-scissors card, really make it feel more like a game and not just forced grammar review. I had some 6th graders invested in this game who I can't get to focus on anything else in class!

For Run On Sentences Activity Bundle: Notes booklet, SCOOT, Interactive Card Game
The resource comes with clear instructions and multiple ways to use each part. So far, I've used the game part of this with 7th and 8th graders after we have already extensively practiced comma usage and sentence types. It was nice to have a genuinely fun and competitive game for them to play that also helped them review concepts. The surprise cards, such as a rock-paper-scissors card, really make it feel more like a game and not just forced grammar review. I can't speak to every part of this bundle because I haven't used them all yet, but I will update the review after I have.

For Comma Rules Hands-On Grammar Practice Activities for Grades 3-8: Activity Bundle
I'm really enjoying this bundle with my students this year. The instructions in each section of this bundle are clear, and there are multiple activity options with each resource. These activities get my students standing and moving around the room, which is always helpful for them. And the hands-on nature of the resources helps them visualize how you can concretely put sentences together. I've used this with on-level 6th graders and advanced 7th and 8th grade students, and all of them benefit from it.

For Write Essay and Story Introductions and Conclusions SBAC CAASPP Test Prep BUNDLE
My students take forever to write essays. This resource is a lifesaver! Students practice writing introductions and conclusions (arguably the hardest pieces of an essay) which is quicker for those days when you don't have a lot of time for writing test prep. My team had taught how to plan and focused on the detail paragraphs prior to introducing and using this resource. Perfect for the couple of weeks leading of to testing after giving a thorough lesson on writing.

For FANBOYS Compound Sentences Scoot Activity Task Cards for 3rd-5th Grammar Lessons
This was a fun activity and was very insightful for me as a teacher. When they're only focusing on one concept of a compound sentence I was really able to see those who easily hear the correct conjunction that is necessary in a compound sentence (I have some students who are masters at blending in and slipping by if we're doing whole group activities so this was insightful evidence to share with parents).

Hi there, Thanks for leaving your feedback. I'm really sorry you won't be able to use this resource. Unfortunately, this resource does include editable Google slides in addition to the printable PDF as is mentioned in the description. The good news is that since you have not accessed the files yet, you can request a refund throughthis link or by clicking on the TPT help button. In the meantime, I'll look into adding this resource to TPT as a downloadable PDF only. Thanks for the suggestion!

Hi there, thanks for leaving a review! When you open up the google folders for each of the note-taking booklets, you'll see 3 red PDF file icons. Those are the printable versions that you're looking for. I've double checked, and on my end, all the files are there. If you have any trouble locating or opening the files, please reach out to TPT's tech support and they should be able to assist you further. Thanks!
