Earth Day Ecology Coloring Pages Bookmarks Craft Bundle Cute Kawaii Kids
$3.96 $5.65 (1)
Turn a rough moment into a teachable one - without a wall of writing. Students pick their answers from dropdowns, and this visual behavior reflection sheet fills in the emoji, the word, and the color automatically, so even your earliest writers can reflect on what happened, how they felt, who was affected, and what they will try next time.
Built for K-5 classrooms, calm-down corners, and behavior intervention settings, the workbook is color-coded by feeling, action, and strategy, so a reflection reads at a glance. Pair it with the Calm-Down Plan and Feelings Board to practice a strategy before returning to learning - then print any of the eight ready-to-go sheets or type straight into the editable PowerPoint.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
- README - Instructions: quick start, how to use, how to add your own, and good-to-know tips
- My Reflection: a one-page visual form (what happened, how I felt, what I did, who was affected, where, what I will try, how I will make it right, I am ready to...) with dropdown answers, automatic emoji, and a "steps done" count
- Calm-Down Plan: a first / then board (first a calming strategy, then back to learning) plus three editable calm-down steps
- Feelings Board: nine feeling cards (Happy, Calm, Sad, Angry, Worried, Frustrated, Tired, Excited, Proud) to point at, circle, or choose
- Behavior Log: a week-at-a-glance record of date, student, what happened, how they felt, the plan / repair, and whether it is fixed - color-coded automatically
- Library: 92 ready-made feelings and actions in 9 color categories (Feelings, What Happened, My Choices, Calm-Down Strategies, Making It Right, Ready To..., Places & Times, People, Rewards & Choices) - add your own up to row 104
- 8 print-ready PDF sheets: how-to-use, K-2 picture version, Grades 1-2, Grades 2-3, Think Sheet (3-5), Restorative Think Sheet, Apology & Repair Plan, Calm-Down & Reset Plan, and a Reflection Log
- Editable PowerPoint so you can type into any sheet and adapt it
- Everything uses dropdowns - no typing needed, and the colors and emoji appear on their own
HOW IT WORKS
- Open the Excel workbook and start on the README tab.
- On My Reflection, click each purple-bordered cell and pick an answer from the dropdown.
- The matching emoji and color appear automatically; tick each step as it is finished.
- Use the Calm-Down Plan and Feelings Board to name feelings and choose a strategy.
- Log the week on the Behavior Log, then print any sheet from the PDF pack or PowerPoint.
WHY TEACHERS LOVE IT
- Visual and low-reading-demand - built for K-5, EAL, and support settings.
- Pick from a dropdown and the reflection builds itself: emoji, word, color.
- Color-coded by category, so patterns are obvious at a glance.
- Restorative and trauma-informed - repair and the next choice, not shame.
- One workbook for the whole class, plus printable sheets for calm-down corners, behavior plans, and IEP / 504 data.
NOTE
- Every dropdown reads from the Library tab; add your own rows and they appear everywhere instantly.
- Icons are emoji, so they look slightly different on Windows, Mac, iPad, and Google Sheets - that is normal.
- Sample data (student "Alex") is included so you can see how it works; overwrite any cell.
- To use in Google Sheets, upload the Excel file and open it with Sheets.
TERMS OF USE
- For single classroom / individual teacher use only. Not for resale or public reposting.
