I use these task cards for my "Around the Room" station. I tape them on the wall and the students use a recording sheet to record their answers. You can tell that a lot of time was spent on the design of these cards. They were easy to understand for my students and it was a quick way for me to informally assess their mastery.

I used parts of this to teach number lines and will continue to use in math centers and math small group for review. The open number lines were especially helpful to help my students visualize how to solve open number lines.

I've used these as a resource for early finishers and also in small groups. I love using them in small groups for a quick spiral review when we have an extra few minutes. It's such good practice, and when they are preped and ready to go it makes it easy to use!

Awesome station for building number line skills. They are small to write on with expo markers, but could be printed to larger scale.
