10 Black History Month Historical Characters Bookmarks/BHM

Bookmarks make wonderful gifts during school parties and are handy year-round for the books your students are reading. This set of 10 Black History Month Historical Characters Bookmarks will be great during, not only Black History Month, but throughout the year. They will introduce your students to 10 important historical characters that have profoundly impacted our nation's history as a whole. PAGE 1 includes Madame Cj Walker (entrepreneur), Frederick Douglass (orator), Muhammad Ali (boxer, philanthropist, activist), Shirley Chisolm (congresswoman), and Mae Jemison (doctor and astronaut). PAGE 2 includes Booker T. Washington (educator), Harriet Tubman (abolitionist and humanitarian), Bessie Coleman (aviator), Rosa Parks (activist), and Angela Davis (educator and activist).

You can easily print them on cardstock, cut them out, and share them with your friends! I would suggest using white cardstock to let the colors really pop and laminating them, if possible.
