Complementary and Supplementary Angles Culinary Clash: A whole-class team game!

Looking for a fun activity to do with your math class that also involves teamwork and collaboration? This complementary and supplementary angles Culinary Clash game is a perfect whole class activity that balances group work, competition and problem solving all in one. Your Geometry students will work in groups to answer task cards that have complementary and supplementary practice problems with Algebra. Next, they bring their responses to the teacher and if correct, they can loot another teams culinary combo! The catch is that the point values of each culinary combo isn’t revealed until the end of the game, so you really can’t tell who’s winning mid-game! Add a social skills learning component by using the bonus cards! An PPT point reveal allows for editable point values so you can easily change the value of a combo from class to class!
