Romeo & Juliet Treasure Trap: A whole-class review game!

Looking for a Romeo and Juliet fun activity to do with your literature class? This Romeo and Juliet Treasure trap game is a perfect whole class activity that balances group work, competition and reading comprehension in one. Your English Language Arts students work in groups to test their knowledge and solve the Romeo and Juliet task cards. Next, they bring their responses to the teacher and if correct, they can loot another teams treasure! The catch is that the point values of each piece of treasure isn’t revealed until the end of the game, so you really can’t tell who’s winning mid-game! Add a social skills learning component by using the bonus cards! 70 Task cards are separated by Act so you could play after each act, or as a whole unit review before an assessment or test! Point values are editable so you can easily change the value of a treasure piece from class to class!
