Beginning Sound Clip Cards is one of 16 task card games. This set will have students deciding on whether they agree (thumbs up) or disagree (thumbs down) with the beginning sound picture and the letter being displayed on the card. This hands-on activity has students using clothespins to develop their fine motor skills, while also practicing letter recognition and beginning sounds.
Two sizes are available in this pack:
There are a total of 104 small task cards (4 cards per sheet) and 104 full-size pages.
There are 4 pictures for each letter of the alphabet. Each task card/page has both an uppercase letter and corresponding lowercase letter along with a picture that matches the letters' beginning sounds or a picture that does not match the letters' beginning sounds.
This is a fun and simple way for students to practice letter recognition and beginning sounds, as well as helps young learners develop their fine motor skills!
