Budget Challenge Worksheet

Students use the Evergreen Coffee Co. menu to create two different coffee shop orders while staying within a $15.00 budget.

Dante is meeting his brother Xavier at the coffee shop. Students choose a drink and bakery item for each person, calculate the total cost of their order, and create a second option that also fits the budget.

This activity gives students practice with multi-person purchases, comparing prices, adding totals, and making spending decisions.

Complete the Order Worksheet

Students work through four realistic two-person coffee shop ordering scenarios.

Each scenario provides a spending limit and part of an order. Students use the menu to choose additional drinks or bakery items, calculate the completed order total, and stay within the customer's budget.
