Momentum and Impulse - SENIOR PHYSICS - This physics lesson package discusses momentum, inertia, and impulse as well as connecting each to real-life scenarios and applications. It is geared toward students who are in high school physics - senior.

This package includes the lesson (student and teacher versions of the presentation), one video embedded into the presentation, student worksheet, and a student lesson handout as a document. The presentation is fun and applicable with many opportunities for students to check their understanding of the concepts covered.

In order, the lesson covers:

• Momentum
• Inertia
• Impulse
• Newton’s Second Law
• Importance of follow-through
• Applications

Buyer Comment: "Nice resource to help my experimental physics students with momentum and impulse."

Included in the lesson package:

• The teacher version of the presentation
• The student version of the presentation
• Student worksheet with answers
• Fully-worked presentation answers
• Student lesson handout

Google and Distance Learning Ready

• This lesson includes both Office and Google formats for ALL resources. The presentation is in PowerPoint and Google Slides while all documents contain Word and Google Doc versions.
• Your resource is perfect for distance learning and integrates seamlessly with Google Classroom as I've included a link that will automatically create a copy of the resources and put them directly into your Google Drive with one click.
• Purchase --> Open --> Click --> Assign to your students

Having both options allows you to use either without worrying about formatting issues as all the work has already been done for you. It safeguards you in case your department or school decides to go Google 100% and allows you as well as your students to access everything no matter where you are or what kind of equipment is being used.

This lesson is part of my Energy and Momentum Unit which includes the following lessons plus many activities, assessments, etc.

Lessons Included:

1. Work and Force
2. Kinetic and Gravitational Potential Energy
3. The Law of Conservation of Energy
4. Elastic Potential Energy and Simple Harmonic Motion
5. Momentum and Impulse
6. Conservation of Momentum
