Description
This French Thanksgiving digital escape game will have your students using their French skills to solve several puzzles and help find the code to unlock the freezer.
The premise and instructions are given in English so even the lower level classes can enjoy the game. Once they've read the story of the how they ended up locked in the freezer with a bunch of turkeys, they will be given several tasks to win the prize - or else they will have to deal with the consequences! The challenges grade themselves, so you just need to assign the deck and let your students play at their own pace.
If you have a paid Boom™ account, you can assign the deck and view reports of student data to see that they've completed the challenges. If you have a free account, you can have your students play using FastPlay - give them the link or a PIN and they can play and show you the final screen to prove that they've completed the game.
The Boom™ cards French Thanksgiving tasks include:

For Impressionism Digital Escape Room | High School Art / French Games
September 13, 2026I have spent the afternoon trying out this escape room for myself. First I tried the French version. Without the resource telling me what they codes were, I never would have figured it out. Knowing the code, I continued to work with the resource to figure it out. But honestly, this escape room needs a lot of work to be a go in my classroom. I was very disappointed. I would suggest that each lock have a direct question that the students would be looking for. I then decided, why not try the English version and see if this might work better for my students. While it is better, the direct questions are still missing and I think I would have to give a lot of hints and directions. The worst page is the Musée D'Orsay page. I literally had to copy the picture and put it into chat gpt to figure out what this wanted. More details are necessary because students would not be prepared for this.

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. A direct question and answer would defeat the purpose of an escape room activity - the activity is supposed to be challenging and force the students to read the clues very carefully, looking for anything that might seem out of place. I have requested that TPT refund your purchase.
