Description
Use this Extra French episode 6 listening comprehension review game after students watch episode 6 of Extr@ French. The unpredictable “It’s Not Fair” format turns a comprehension check into a lively whole-class game: teams choose questions, answer, and then decide whether to keep or pass the points before seeing their value.
What’s included
- Two editable PowerPoint game boards: one in English and one in French
- Instructions for running the game
- Editable questions and point values so you can adapt the review to your class
This activity is designed for reviewing episode 6, checking listening comprehension, and keeping students engaged after viewing. Project the game board, divide students into teams, and play as a class. Because both boards are editable, you can adjust language, questions, or scoring before class.

My students LOVED this! Very engaging and suspenseful with the unknown of the points. BUT, I could not play it like instructed in that the little traffic light symbol in the upper right did NOT take us back to the main gameboard with the numbers. So I accidentally showed them another question with it's answer and we ended up just having to go through in sequential order instead of picking different numbers to answer. How can I fix this issue with the graphic?

- Nobody ever notices the French teacher to give them awards for anything! My students, my family and my mom like me - is that enough? Oh, and my beer league hockey team won the championship several years ago.
