Description

Practice ce, cet, cette, ces and quel, quelle, quels, quelles with this French self-grading digital game. Students complete 30 sentence-based questions: 15 for the ce forms and 15 for the quel forms. Each slide presents a sentence with a missing word, and students choose the correct form. Correct answers move them forward; incorrect answers send them back to repeat that section. Includes Google Drive, PowerPoint, and PDF versions for individual or whole-class practice.

Focused practice with ce and quel

The game includes:

  • 15 sentences practicing ce, cet, cette, and ces
  • 15 sentences practicing quel, quelle, quels, and quelles

Use the activity to review demonstrative adjectives with the ce forms and interrogative adjectives with the quel forms.

How the game works

Students read a sentence with a missing word and select the correct form.

A correct answer lets them continue along the path. An incorrect answer sends them back to repeat the questions in that section.

This response-based progression shows students whether their choice was correct as they work through the activity.

What’s included

Individual or whole-class use

Share the game as an individual assignment or work through it as a class on a smartboard.

For whole-class practice, you can ask students to explain their choice before selecting an answer. This is a suggested teaching approach you can add to the activity.

A focused grammar review

Use this ce and quel practice game after introducing the forms or when students need additional practice choosing the correct form in a sentence.
