Get BundleFrench direct and indirect object pronouns can be tricky - students may have trouble determining what a direct or an indirect object is, or how to choose what pronoun to use, or where it goes in the sentence. This set of French direct and indirect object pronouns practice It's not Fair Games will help them to practice and master the concept, but in a fun and exciting way.
Your students will love and hate the It's not fair Game! Students will pick questions from the game board. Each question has a sentence with an object that can be replaced by a pronoun. If they answer correctly, they can keep the points or pass them to another team - but they won't know how many points they've "won" until they make their decision.
This bundle contains instructions for the game and three different PowerPoint game boards - one for direct object pronouns, one for indirect object pronouns and one for direct and indirect object pronouns. The boards are fully editable, so adjust the questions and point values as needed for your classes.

It's the game my students love to hate! What I've enjoyed most is when there are teams, they are trying for negative points...so, I've started telling them that they points they earn (or don't) will be reflected on their next quiz. Well, not really, but it's fun to watch their reactions ;) Thanks for some moments of levity in the classroom!

My students love these games. We played all three, in conjunction with our learning of COI, COD and then with double-object sentences. The first time we played, they LOVED it and asked for it multiple times after that. We will probably play it again for review at the end of the semester. Somehow the unfairness of it all, the risk involved, even got my most reluctant student engaged. I was also observed while we did this activity, and my admin was impressed. I can't take all the credit tho- this resource was amazing! One note- the links don't work the same way when downloaded to Google Slides- I had to be sure I was using the PowerPoint and not using a converted copy from my Google Drive for the transitions to work correctly.

This was absolutely so much fun even for my virtual students. They do agree that it would be more fun when everyone is in-person.
