Intermediate French Reading Comprehension: Dangerous Animals + Questions
(4 ratings)$4.00
Add to cartThis intermediate French reading comprehension resource gives French 2 and higher students an engaging nonfiction reading passage about the world’s most dangerous animals. It includes printable and Google Slides versions, 14 comprehension questions in French, 14 questions in English, an answer key, and extension resources—everything you need for flexible, low-prep reading practice.
Students may be surprised to learn that the list does not include sharks, lions, or many of the animals commonly assumed to be the most dangerous. This unexpected topic makes the French reading passage an engaging way to build comprehension and nonfiction-reading skills.
The resource is designed for intermediate-low and higher learners. Use the English questions to provide additional support, or assign the French questions for greater target-language practice. Students can complete the reading with teacher guidance or work more independently, depending on their proficiency.

For Claude Monet French Reading Comprehension Activities Impressionism
My students were familiar with Claude Monet's work but didn't know much about his life, so this was useful info not in our textbook. I appreciated having the differentiated versions.

Great way to use history to review reflexive verbs while not just focusing on daily routine - which let's be honest, is boring. Who talks about their daily routine on a regular basis? No one.

For Les Animaux Reading Comprehension: 10 A2 French Animal Passages
I left this as a packet for level 2 students in addition to other work when I was out for a few days due to surgery. I offered a few bonus points if they selected 2-3 readings to keep them busy when everything else was turned in. They loved learning about animals and many students who didn't have time while I was out chose to complete the entire packet on their own time for fun once I was back.

Thank you for letting me know about the missing link - I've updated the image and it should be working now. You may have to F5/refresh to get the link to show properly (it covers the body of the statue).
