Description

This fun and engaging resource helps students practice drawing angles with protractors in a standardized test format. Students will draw a ray to make an angle using a printed protractor. These task cards are perfect for Geometry Test Prep and are aligned to the TEKS: 4.7D, and CCSS: 4.MD.C.6.

I have also included a card explaining how to use this set of task cards to play a simple no-prep game called "Capture the Triangles" that adds a fun layer of competition!!!

Want a no prep Geometry math station? Just print the cards and place them in a dry erase pocket. Students can use the included recording sheet while they practice drawing angles using a dry-erase marker.

I included a Mini-Cover and a Mini-Key for each level that are both task card sized to help with organization.

Both Color and Black & White versions of the task cards are included!

Teacher reviews

“My students like the challenge of this activity. It was a huge help for my lower-level kids to have the visuals in place. A great way to practice but also to talk to neighbors about how they would solve each problem.”

Meet the Seller

In addition to my work in education, I also run a STEM-based Christmas Light Show business. When I'm not creating new math resources or working with teachers, I'm designing and fabricating light shows sequenced to music with my husband and our team. That business came about after our family was featured on ABC's The Great Christmas Light Fight. My son attends the University of Texas, Austin and I'm currently soaking up every last minute with my daughter, a high school senior.
