- Teaching across a wide range of year levels, including multigrade classrooms, has taught me the importance of adapting lessons so every student can participate, feel supported and make progress. That experience guides the way I plan lessons and create resources. My experience includes: - Teaching multigrade K–2 and Years 3–6 classes - Working as a Reading Recovery, RFF and Learning Support teacher - Creating courses for the ClassCover Relief Teaching Association - Writing units of work for Inquisitive - Working as a unit writer and Learning Support teacher for NSW Distance Education These roles have given me a practical understanding of what students need to learn—and what teachers need to help them succeed.
