This has been incredibly popular with my younger students, who have created some fun games using these blank boards.

I have used them with mini rubbers as playing pieces and the game rules that even the younger students came up with, were really amazing.

I have extended this activity by using it as a literacy task where students have been asked to write a procedural text ie. how to play the game.
