Sync It! Earth’s Systems Card Game!
Do rabbits enjoy a high wind? Can Bull sharks be found in an underwater cave? Get ready to have a few laughs with this Earth’s Systems and Interactions card game! Card games are a great tool for engaging students in prosocial behaviors while having them review or connect content. Our game Sync It! does just that! This card game plays like other well known card games, but it also provides opportunities for your science students to “Sync It” or identify how Earth’s sphere’s are connected to one another in order to win the game! Students will want to play this game again and again trying to outplay their opponents and come up with the most intricate connections between the Geosphere and Hydrosphere they can think of!

For Calculating Hourly Wages and Overtime Pay Pixel Art
October 15, 2026While I absolutely enjoy this resource, I had some initial difficulty getting my students to actually be able to work on it individually. First, it is online only through google slides; so, I made a copy as instructed. However, the mistake I made was sharing that copy with all of my students. When they accessed it, they were all editing the same copy. I had to make a copy for each of my students and share it with them individually. Second, I had to give each student editor permission (I only missed this step twice). That being said I do love the resource as it self-checks, enabling students to get a 100% and complete the picture. I plan to us it again.

For Intro to the Executive Branch - Digital Resource Activity for Gov & Civics
March 17, 2026Solid resource that introduces students to the executive branch, however, the secret code was screwed up and ended up not making sense, 2 numbers needed to be changed for it to make sense. Highly suggest modeling the first two answers or so for students because it can be a bit confusing at first.

For Aquatic Biomes Reading Passage and Pixel Art Activity
March 16, 2026My students enjoyed this activity. However, many were frustrated when "intertidal" would not work for the answer to question #8. Looking at the answer key it was misspelled in the Google Sheets file as "intertidel" and I am not able to correct it.
