Description

Create a sensory bin for your students to have some letter scooping fun!

Simply drop some letters into a sensory bin, filled rice, pasta, or beans, and have your students scoop those letters out. After each scoop, they can use these recording sheets to extend their learning!

Recording sheets included in this resource allow students to:

⭐️ Find the matching beginning sound picture, trace, and color it.

⭐️ Find the matching lowercase letter and trace it.

⭐️ Find the matching uppercase letter and trace it.

⭐️ Write the matching lowercase letter.

⭐️ Write the matching uppercase letter.

For more differentiation, students can say the letter names they scooped, produce the sound of the letter they scooped, and/or share a word that has the same beginning sound of the letter they scooped.

This is perfect for independent work, partner work, and small group work!
