Bingo Cards- Complete set for initial sounds and Digraphs-
$4.00
Give your students a fun and hands on way to explore and learn all about uppercase and lowercase letters, by giving them a multisensory activity that will not only strengthen their fine motor skills but will also build their early phonics and literacy skills! They will also have a lot of fun matching the building sound picture with the letters, as well as building those pictures with play doh!
Play Doh Letter Building is one of 16 task card games and it is a continuation of the Play Doh Letter Building Task Cards. As students grow in their understanding of beginning letter sounds, they will take forming the letters a step further by finding the matching beginning sound picture and then taking time to make that beginning sound picture with play doh, literally slowing them down and allowing them time to work with the letter and reinforcing the beginning sounds in a fun and tactile way!
Two sizes are available in this pack:
There are a total of 26 small task cards for all uppercase letters and 26 small task cards for all lowercase letters (4 cards per sheet) and 26 full-size pages. There is one letter per full-size task card/page. Each task card/page has both an uppercase letter and the corresponding lowercase letter. There are also 7 pages of beginning sound pictures for students to match with the letters of the alphabet. These pictures will fit inside the boxes on the task cards. Students will use play doh to shape and mold all the letters of the alphabet and then do it all again to make the matching beginning sound picture with play doh. For an extra challenge, have your Littles match up the uppercase cards with the lowercase cards and/or place the cards in alphabetical order!
