Description

Beginning French lessons are ready for your first week of French 1 in this eight-day beginning French curriculum unit. Through French comprehensible input, students learn greetings, names, nationalities, origins, and introductions with sequenced presentations, stories, games, digital practice, and assessments.

Plan the first weeks of French 1 with eight days of sequenced beginning French comprehensible input lessons. Unit 1: Bonjour! introduces greetings, names, nationalities, origins, and basic introductions through teacher-guided presentations, repetition, communicative activities, a short story, games, digital practice, and assessments.

This is one introductory unit—not a complete yearlong French 1 curriculum. Use it independently or as the first unit in the larger Beginning French curriculum sequence.
