Description

This set of 28 Exit Slips / Exit Tickets covers all of the 4th grade Measurement TEKS: 4.5C, 4.5D, 4.8A, 4.8B, & 4.8C. These are perfect to use as quick mini assessments! Topics include area and perimeter, customary and metric conversions, elapsed time, and approximate measures of length, capacity, mass, and weight.

This resource also includes a DATA TRACKING SYSTEM that helps you track student mastery of the TEKS and the small group intervention you do with students who are struggling. It is a useful tool to help make RTI decisions and to show your administrators how you are masterfully responding to student needs.

There are 4 exit slips for each supporting standard and 8 exit slips for each readiness standard.

❤4th Grade TEKS Measurement Unit and Bundle❤

This is a TEKS centered resource. While others may be “TEKS-aligned,” they often cover Common Core standards as well. My Texas specific resources cover the TEKS and nothing but the TEKS, so that teachers don’t have to spend additional time sorting through what to use and what not to use. I know how precious each and every school day is; there is no time to waste. As with all of my resources, it is designed with STAAR in mind.

Teacher reviews

“I highly recommend these exit tickets. I used these as exit tickets, as well as extra practice in small groups and for STAAR test prep. My 4th graders were very challenged by these. I highly recommend!”

“Great resource to support the understanding and learning of my students!”

Meet the Seller

In addition to my work in education, I also run a STEM-based Christmas Light Show business. When I'm not creating new math resources or working with teachers, I'm designing and fabricating light shows sequenced to music with my husband and our team. That business came about after our family was featured on ABC's The Great Christmas Light Fight. My son attends the University of Texas, Austin and I'm currently soaking up every last minute with my daughter, a high school senior.
