These black and white cards can be used as a low ink option if you choose to use them as worksheets for your class.

For durability, you may like to print them onto card stock and laminate them.

There is the option to cut each card in half, or use as presented.

If you would prefer to teach the letters in another order then it is simply a matter of rearranging the slides into the order that suits your needs.

The giraffe is a prompt for tall, body and letters that hang down. A visual guide is included to help support this concept. A black and white PDF is also included in this resource for low ink printing.

TIPS FOR STUDENTS

*Tall letters are as tall as me, but like to have their feet on the grass

* Middle line letters like to sit on the grass

*Hanging down letters like to sit on the grass but dangle their legs in the water
