These Back-to-School expected vs unexpected behavior sort activities (also available in appropriate vs inappropriate behavior language) give students meaningful practice recognizing appropriate responses to social situations while keeping learning festive and fun.
Each worksheet includes 12 different Back-to-School scenarios (school, home, and community). Students cut them out and sort them into either expected vs unexpected behaviors or appropriate vs inappropriate behaviors, depending on the version you choose. After sorting, students select one inappropriate/unexpected behavior and explain why it causes problems.
