While my kids typically eat pretty well, we decided to make a nutritional printable set to help them understand what foods we ate regularly, all the time, or just sometimes. In fact, in our efforts to “Cut the Junk” completely and do whole30 as a family, this helped our 3 year old understand what foods were great for her to consume. This nutrition printable was made for my three-year-old; however, my mother who is a retired health educator and taught in the classroom for 30+ years mentioned that this particular printable would be something she would have commonly used even with 2nd, 3rd, and even 4th graders to help explain and teach nutrition and healthy eating.
