These cursive writing penmanship practice pages let your students practice their cursive handwriting all while reading, tracing, and practicing positive affirmation statements before responding to a related writing prompt. It's a great way to combine social-emotional learning with reflective writing. This is the perfect activity for your morning meeting and AVID schools, especially when coupled with the Student Planner. It's a great way to start the day off on a positive note while still sneaking in a bit of writing practice. If you print out copies and place them in sheet protectors in your students' binders, kids can use their whiteboard markers and practice the same affirmation each day for the whole week, which save on copies and ink.
