Collaborative RECYCLING POSTER

Earth Day is quickly approaching- but every day should be Earth Day!!

Impress your parents, students and colleagues with this impressive MASSIVE poster.

This resource is designed to be a class collaborative project, with each students working on a page of the larger puzzle/poster.

This resource contains 32 printable pages,which will create a massive posters.

The completed poster measures approximately 16'X 4'

Use the included image as a guide to see where each of these pieces go….this adds to the collaborative challenge of this project.

How to Print

This resource comes in two versions (the choice is yours). Make sure when you are printing that you select full slide or fit to page to get the maximum image on each of the slides. This has been created using A4 but it will print in US letter size also.

For best results print on card stock so that the corners of the pages don’t curl and each section is easier to manage.

I highly recommend that your students use the same medium for the whole poster for consistency. In my opinion, I find crayons or pastels give an even finish whereas markers tend to give more lined effect and is more time consuming to complete.

To create a nice contrast. Markers work well for this aspect of the group task.

How to Assemble

My preferred method is to use masking tape, (sticky tape can become very difficult to work with for children) or alternatively have large sheets of butchers paper joined together and paste the puzzle pieces directly onto blank paper

TIP- Number your images as they print, to make assemble easier. Some trimming may be required.

Printing on card stock may also prevent paper curling

This unit has made planning and teaching PDHPE so much easier! I love how clearly the lessons are sequenced, with the learning building naturally from one lesson to the next. Having both PDH and PE lessons included makes it incredibly convenient and takes so much of the guesswork out of planning. The topics are highly relevant and practical, particularly emergency planning, fire safety, decision-making, wellbeing, resilience and responding to feedback. The PE lessons provide great opportunities for students to stay active while developing their movement skills, fitness and enjoyment of physical activity. I also really appreciate the optional consolidation lessons, which provide flexibility to revisit and reinforce key concepts. A comprehensive, practical and well-organised resource that is a huge time saver!

For Escape the Monster Math Game: Percentages of Numbers Edition

This was such a fun way to practice percentages! My students loved the monster theme and were excited to solve each problem to help lock the monsters away. It turned what could have been a routine math practice activity into an engaging challenge. The game was easy to use, kept students motivated, and provided great practice with finding percentages of numbers. A fantastic resource for making math review more interactive and enjoyable!
