Important note

The font which has been used in this presentation is the Google font Edu NSW ACT foundation which needs to be downloaded onto your computer (this can be done by clicking on the blue link provided). You must restart your device once installed and all of the formatting will be correctly in place. This step is VERY important otherwise your units will be misaligned.

This is a comprehensive unit which will save you hours and hours of preparation time. It is important at the start of each lesson that you read the teaching notes as there is some Lesson preparation needed for some lessons. These include printing sets of cards in some lessons, printing worksheets for assessment purposes so that work samples are available for each child.

This unit involves cooking, so there are a number of ingredients for the suggested recipe that need to be purchased.

Teacher reviews

“A very comprehensive unit of work aligned to the NSW 2024 Science Syllabus. The slide deck and activities are both engaging. Lesson 1 went well with my ES1 students and I am looking forward to teaching the rest of the Unit . Some issues with the download, however, that could just be my computer skills ;) Thank you!”
