Monster Truck Red Yellow Green Behavior Charts Behavior Traffic Lights Editable
(1 rating)$1.75
Add to cartA student may need feedback throughout the day to recognize what is going well and where they need support. The Monster Truck Traffic Light Behavior Chart gives you a visual way to record that feedback, with a mail truck theme for students interested in vehicles and deliveries.
This daily behavior chart breaks the day into sections so you can record a rating after each activity or routine. It includes a fillable PDF with designated text fields for entering your student’s schedule and goals, plus a printable version for handwritten use. The layout and graphics cannot be changed.
Use the chart to review progress with the student, communicate with families, or keep a record of daily behavior ratings.
What’s Included
How to Use the Chart
Make Behavior Feedback Specific
This red yellow green behavior chart records ratings across daily activities rather than using a clip that moves between colors. It gives you and the student a way to look back at different parts of the day and discuss when things went well or when additional support was needed.
Keep expectations specific so the student understands what each rating means. For example, if the goal is asking for help, discuss whether the student asked independently, needed a reminder, or needed additional support. Pair the chart with instruction and practice so the student understands what to do and can work toward greater independence.
Use the Monster Truck Traffic Light Behavior Chart to organize daily feedback and help your student recognize progress toward their goals.
Need More Themes?
The Traffic Light Behavior Chart Bundle includes 13 themes, allowing you to match different student interests while keeping the same daily recording routine.

I use this for my student and it was an easy way to provide a visual for him to see how he was doing. I also like that there were extra legos and multiple options.

For Teachers Accommodation Checklist for Students IEP Tracking Form Cheat Sheets
I wish I had read the reviews more thoroughly before purchasing. This editable PDF is very limited from a technology standpoint. Not being able to import or use it within the Google Suite made it essentially unusable for my needs. If you're looking for a document to print, fill out, or save locally on a desktop, this would work perfectly. However, if you need something you can easily edit, share, collaborate on, or update in a “live” format, this isn’t it.

Hi Caitlin,I’m sorry this was not the format you were looking for. As indicated in the listing, this resource is a fillable PDF rather than a Google-based or live collaborative tracker. It is designed for a case manager or teacher to transfer accommodations from each student’s IEP, save the completed form, and then print or email it to the staff members who need the information. This provides the team with a consistent reference while helping ensure that the documented accommodations continue to match the IEP.I have added further clarification to the description about the PDF format and intended workflow to help future buyers determine whether it meets their needs.
